Evaluation Kits

We are currently shipping evaluation kits to select customers.  These kits include turnkey prototype reference sensors and electronics, and are intended to provide a platform for objective validation of EmiSense technology performance. 

The PM sensor evaluation kit has been shipping since mid-2010, and has been used to validate: [UPDATE:" A" Samples are sold out. "B" Samples are targeted to begin shipping by June, 2011].

• Fast response time
• Resolution <1 mg/m3
• Dynamic range of 0-500 mg/m3
• Low power requirement

The next-generation single-cell wideband sensor kit will be available in April of 2011, and can be
used to verify:

• Superior response time (individual-cylinder lambda discrimination with a single sensor).
• Superior durability (improved resistance to thermal-shock-related damage).
• Faster light-off times (minimizing open loop control periods).
• Self-calibration capabilities
• Output linearity (inherent in Direct Digital measurement principle).

The simplified NOx sensor evaluation kit will be available in Q2, 2011, and can be
used to verify:

• Superior durability
• Superior performance
• Improved cost
